Once reviewed and finalised, the required models are produced using specialist 3D printing technology for the gold and jewellery industry.
From there, manufacturing, cutting, and precise CNC machining are carried out using specialist equipment. Fine detailing, refinement of details, surface polishing, and final completion are performed by engineers, technicians, and skilled craftspeople.
Throughout the entire process, production managers and experienced quality-control specialists oversee raw material quality, manufacturing precision, karat, dimensions, structural integrity, finishing, and the final result. In the finishing stages, engineers, technicians, and skilled craftspeople carry out fine detailing, surface polishing, and final refinement — all under continuous oversight by production managers and quality-control specialists to ensure karat, dimensions, structural integrity, surface quality, and the overall result all meet Najafi Gold's defined standards.
